I haven’t been blogging the last few days, I have still been taking my Project 366 photos and will update all of them soon, but I have been manically working at home trying to sort things out before the beginning of February and as that is tomorrow I have been a little busy.
By the middle of January I knew that I wouldn’t get any crafting done, as it was still impossible to sit in the chair in the craft room, and still impossible to sit in most chairs to be honest after the fall down the stairs. To say I was annoyed was an understatement but rather than mop about it I decided in my wisdom, (not to sure about that) to try to get the house sorted and have everything in the right places. This was mainly the area under the stairs to be honest, but it had milled out to every other room in the house.
To be honest it has been hard work. Just cleaning does me in on some days, if I am having a particular sickly day then it is really hard and I have had a few of them in January to be honest. So it has been a slow process to say everything has taken a lot longer than I thought. However this weekend I decided that it had to all be done by tomorrow, tomorrow is after all February and I do not want to still be doing this in February. But I still have loads to do.
I basically have the kitchen and the lounge still to do and to still finish of this dreaded hallway. It is going to be a long old day. I had a plan that Baba was going to be going to my mums for the day, that doesn’t seem to be happening now although I am not a 100% sure and I am not sure how I am going to get all of this done with Baba at home. He is by far not a helper when tidying the place up but a complete and utter hinderance to be honest and makes the whole process really hard work. So I am not sure how today will pan out but I am determined to get this completed today. I have a full crafting month in February so I need this house organised and sorted so that it is a case of a quick tidy and that is all the rest of the time can be left to crafting.
So all the cleaning fairies power out there please do make today possible, as it really does all need to be done today. Oh and wish me luck!
